In the week beginning 25th March, we held a ‘Healthy Habits’ themed week at St. Stephen’s. Children spent the week learning about the importance of healthy eating, exercise, sleep and a healthy screen time balance.
On Friday 29th March, during mum’s morning, we had a presentation from an NHS Dietician. Following this, mums had an opportunity to spend time in their child’s class. We had the usual strong turn out from the St. Stephen’s army of mums, grandmothers and aunties. We can always rely on our mums!
We also had year group sponsored walks in order to raise money for an outdoor gym to keep your children fit and active during school playtimes.
We want to thank all our parents and children for playing such an important role in this successful themed week..
